FAQ

What exchanges are supported?

Binance Futures, Bybit, MEXC. More coming soon.

Can I use multiple accounts?

Yes — add multiple exchange accounts and route specific channels to specific accounts.

Is my API key safe?

Yes. Keys are encrypted at rest (AES-256), and we never request withdrawal permissions.

What signal formats work?

Our AI parser understands most formats. Standard signals with entry, SL, and TP work best, but natural-language messages with emojis, tables, or abbreviations are handled too.
