How do I add a Discord channel to monitor?+
After connecting your Discord token (via Chrome extension or manual paste), go to Signal sources → Discord, click + Add channel. You must be a member of the channel. The bot reads messages as you do.
What is hedge mode vs one-way mode?+
In one-way mode, you can only have one position per symbol — opening a short while you're long auto-closes the long. In hedge mode, you can hold both long and short positions on the same symbol simultaneously. Hedge mode requires Starter tier or higher; some exchanges (like FTMO MT5) don't allow it.

How trades work
How are trade sizes calculated?+
Position size = (budget × risk%) / abs(entry − stop_loss) × entry. So with a $1,000 budget at 1% risk and 1% SL distance, you'd open a $1,000 notional position. Lot sizes for forex are calculated against your account balance, capped by your "max lots per trade" setting.
What is "50% booking at TP1"?+
When TP1 is hit, we close 50% of the position to lock in profit, leaving the remaining 50% running toward TP2. Combined with "move SL to break-even after TP1," this makes the remaining position a free risk-on play.
Why did my trade not execute?+
Most common reasons: (1) Account paused or disconnected, (2) Insufficient margin / budget exceeded, (3) News guard blocked it (forex), (4) Symbol allowlist excluded the pair, (5) Skip-day rule active. Check Signals for the per-signal reason.

What is profit sharing?+
On crypto trades only, we take a small % of realized profitable trade P&L (5%–10%, tier-dependent). Losing trades incur no fee. Forex is flat-fee only — zero profit-share.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Settings → Billing → Cancel. One click. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds within 14 days if you haven't placed any auto-trades.

Common issues
My trades aren't being placed. What should I check?+
In order: (1) Account status — is it green in Exchanges? (2) Did the signal parse correctly? Check Signals. (3) Is your budget exhausted? (4) Is your news guard pausing the pair? If all those check out, email us with the signal ID and we'll trace it.
Discord messages aren't being detected+
Your Discord token may have expired (Discord rotates tokens occasionally). Go to Signal sources → Discord → click Refresh, or paste a fresh token. We've also seen this when Discord enforces account-rate-limits on rapid messages — usually self-resolves in 60s.
