🚀 Getting Started
How do I connect my exchange?
Go to Settings → Exchanges, click "Add Exchange", and enter your API key and secret.
Make sure to enable "Futures Trading" permission when creating your API key on the exchange.
For Binance, you'll also need to whitelist our server IP address.
How do I add a Discord channel to monitor?
Go to Settings → Discord, click "Add Channel", and enter the channel ID.
To get a channel ID, enable Developer Mode in Discord settings, then right-click the channel and select "Copy ID".
You'll also need a Discord user token - this is your personal token to read messages (we never send messages).
What is hedge mode vs one-way mode?
One-way mode: You can only have one position per pair (either long or short).
Hedge mode: You can have both long and short positions simultaneously on the same pair.
Most signal providers use hedge mode. Make sure your exchange account is set to the same mode as configured here.
💰 Trading & Signals
How are trade sizes calculated?
Trade size is based on your configured budget and risk percentage.
For example, with a $1000 budget and 10% risk, we'll risk $100 per trade.
The actual position size depends on your stop loss distance and leverage.
What is 50% booking at TP1?
This means when the price hits the first take profit target (TP1), we close 50% of the position to lock in profits.
The remaining 50% continues to run towards TP2 with stop loss moved to breakeven.
This strategy balances profit-taking with letting winners run.
Why did my trade not execute?
Common reasons:
• Insufficient balance in your exchange account
• API keys don't have trading permission
• Position mode mismatch (hedge vs one-way)
• The signal couldn't be parsed (check if it has entry, SL, and TP)
Check the logs in your dashboard for specific error messages.

What are the subscription tiers?
Free: 1 exchange, 1 channel, $100 max budget
Starter ($29/mo): 3 exchanges, 5 channels, $10K budget
Pro ($79/mo): 10 exchanges, unlimited channels, $50K budget
Enterprise ($199/mo): Unlimited everything + priority support
What is profit sharing?
In addition to the subscription, we take a small percentage of your trading profits:
Free: 20%, Starter: 15%, Pro: 10%, Enterprise: 5%.
This is only charged on profits, not losses. It aligns our success with yours!
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription and click "Manage Billing".
This will take you to the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel or modify your subscription.
You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
🔧 Troubleshooting
My trades aren't being placed. What should I check?
1. Test your API connection using the "Test Connection" button in exchange settings
2. Check that your API key has Futures Trading permission
3. Verify your position mode matches the exchange (hedge vs one-way)
4. Ensure you have sufficient USDT balance for margin
5. Check the dashboard logs for specific error messages
Discord messages aren't being detected
1. Verify your Discord token is valid and not expired
2. Check that the channel ID is correct
3. Ensure you're monitoring the right user IDs (signal provider's ID)
4. The bot only reads messages, it doesn't need any bot permissions
